Yikes is kind of all I have to say. I called asking for a specific species of plywood (birch). The first woman didn't know, she transferred me to a different department. Next woman's response was: "We have floor plywood." "Yeah I know. But do you have birch plywood?" "We have floor plywood, I don't know what kind." After that I promptly hung up. It's a lumber store where the employees don't know what products they have or make an attempt to find out? Very bizarre.
