I ordered a Spanish Latte with less sugar and less ice, but the drink came exactly the same as normal. The cup was also more than half filled with milk, and the taste was much weaker compared to other ZUS branches. Honestly, it feels like the staff at this outlet are not paying attention when preparing drinks. I’ve ordered from this branch around 10 times, and 8–9 times the quality and taste were inconsistent or disappointing. Meanwhile, another nearby ZUS outlet rarely has this issue.
