This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. Please read the other reviews. and do not buy anything from these people!!! I placed an order for $2250 for an office desk and cabinet on 8/5 and still do not have functioning furniture. Their Customer Service is beyond awful. Placed an online order for sectional sofa on May 15, 2016. Delivery was promised by mid- June. The company sent an email saying delivery will be delayed to late June. In late June I received a call from a representative name Deloris who unapologetic told me delivery will furthered be delayed to mid - end of July. I expressed my frustration and she was completely unsympathetic. I called Zuri customer service a couple of days after receiving the annoying call. I was looking for upscale couch for my formal living space. When I bought the product it appeared to be with elegance look and feel. Sales guys were very good and sold the couch. Couch lost it's firmness and lather texture worn out in 1.5 year of standard use. I was surprised. I called for support, I had to call many times to get to the product support rep.
