I contacted this law firm for a land value and use issue. Prior I contacted many law firms that were too busy or not willing to engage on my particular issue. Christian Zupancic's firm legal assistant contacted me for a short review of the issue and Christian gave me 1/2 hrs free consultation via telephone. I purchased property in Tillamook County in 2016 that was reported as 10 + acres. All tax records indicated 10 + acres. After 2 years my Co. tax assessment claimed I owned 8 acres. Upon review and checking dimensions that concurred I did in fact own 10+ acres. Upon consulting Zupanic Law a $2500 retainer was required, no problem.
