I visited the store today to get my child’s bike wheel checked, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, two kids (around 10–13 years old) were at the front counter while the owner was busy with another customer. They looked at the bike but did not provide a proper diagnosis of the issue. The first time my bf visited for a gear problem, they let us borrow any bike in the shop as the repair took another day to finish, also charged a very small amount for that fix. Second time I needed help with the front brake, Steve fixed and tightened it with no charge, instead he asked I bike more 😎. I also like the variety of bicycles they have, both modern and vintage bikes. Used ones are very reasonably priced. It’s not just a bike shop, it’s a very positive and friendly place, come and experience yourself
I went to buy a bike since my bike doesn't quite fit me. Instead of focusing on making a sale, they offered to fix my bike. This is the neighborhood bike shop where everyone is friendly and care about their work. The bikes and services are super reasonable. I had an mmazing experience and will bring my bike back for maintenance and tuning for sure. Big thanks to Stevie and Palo!
Went in to buy my first road cycle and was extremely happy with Steve and his team. Super affordable and great variety of refurbished cycles. I’m training for an endurance event and Steve even offered to show me how to service a bike which was very helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.
