I shopped at this location on the 10th, 11th, and 15th. These were all at different times of the day during on/off peak hours. On the 10th I was the only one in the store. Despite me shopping the entire store I was not greeted ONCE. This happened every time I was in here. As a former Zumiez Store Manager, I am EMBARRASSED. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I don’t even want to know their LP score.
Super disrespectful staff. Every time I shop here, every employee is cursing at one thing or another and just completely ruins my shopping experience. One person in particular today, a black lady with dreads being obnoxious, talking about when she leaves in a month how much 'sh!t she will F up'
The day i walked in looking for a board. no one offered to help me so i didn't buy anything
