The store completely screwed up my order. I ordered a t-shirt for pickup and waited 3 weeks, listening to every employee tell me it’ll definitely be ready tomorrow. I called 4 days straight until manager Max picked up the phone and solved my problem in under 2 minutes. Got my t-shirt. Thanks, Max!!

I was going to buy a skateboard and the employee was really rude from the beginning. Slamming stuff and telling me he doesn’t care. I was looking at a deck that I wanted to get but had a couple scratches and the employee said “ bRuUuH, tHe lOnGeR yOu lOoK aT it, tHe mOrE iT pOpS oUt” with attitude. Kept saying he doesn’t care.The whole interaction was unpleasant! Skinny guy with red hair doesn’t know how to talk to people and should not work customer service. Never coming back here again.

Today was great to meet Max (air ball) as my great nephew nick named him. We had shopped around the mall and I was wiped out, the 11 year old was complaining and wanted to go home. Max and he struck up a conversation- they took a liking to each other and Max really listened to him. My other great nephew started conversing also and Max still listened and spoke with him.
