I don’t normally do this, but I had terrible customer service experience . I drove 30min out of my way to pick up a in store shoe order I did online. When I went to the store they were having problems accepting the order and customer service was closed since it was Sunday. The manager said he did all he could and I said could I get the shoes since they were already paid for and he said not till that was fixed. Completely inconvenient and not helpful at all.
