Awesome store!! Payton, David, & Sav are amazing people, ask for them and they always offering to help, best customer service ever, i would suggest this Zumiez more than any other one!
David knew what he was doing nicest and quickest service ever helped out with building a new skateboard 10/10

Bought some shoes here instead of footlocker to support a smaller business, however, they literally threw in one of the display shoes they sold to me. I did not notice until it was too late and it’s already very creased and not in new condition. Pretty scummy tactic if it was on purpose.
Blonde guy who works at the City Creek location is so disrespectful. I don't know if he is the manager or what but he needs to be fired. I love shopping at Zumiez but every time I go to this location I don't feel welcomed or respected. One time I walked in by myself and was immediately told to leave.
