Riley and David were awesome from start to finish. They were super friendly, easygoing, and made the whole shopping experience at Zumiez feel fun and relaxed. They had great knowledge of the products and took the time to help without being pushy. Both of them really represent the Zumiez brand in the best way — positive energy, chill vibe, and genuinely great customer service. It’s rare to walk into a store and feel that welcome, but Riley and David made it happen. Definitely the kind of staff that make you want to come back.
10/10 experience! Juno helped us so much get the right sizes, and even helped us get some sweet discounts on some shoes! She’s rad! Next time I go to zumiez it will be this location!
I went in to pick up a skateboard I had bought for my son. The whole staff was patient/kind as I shopped for accessories. 5 star service!
Gloves were marked $34.99 but they charged me $44.99 “Somebody must’ve marked these gloves on sale by accident” 🤔🤔🤔 Who could’ve it been?
Payton was super helpful and kind to my family and I. I love how professional this location is.
