We walked in to see what the store had and if we could find Xplr merchandise. We walked in and everyone was very friendly. They were very helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for and where to find it. Kirsten was super helpful and told us about the sales and how to order merchandise online and explained about shipping. I didn't get anyone else's name but everyone was really nice. Thank you for making my daughter happy, since we were shopping for her birthday gifts.

I'm not the biggest shopper. It's frustrating and I'm very picky. However, going into Zumiez on Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted first by Christian who was very helpful in pointing me to the pants section. There, I encountered Zyler doing some restocking. Zyler not only pointed out more killer deals to me, but actually helped me look through the racks for my sizes and preferences.
