First time ever going to zumiez, the place inside felt unreal. It was the dream
On Christmas Eve right 10 mins before closing I called in to confirm they had a skateboard i wanted and they stayed open a little past closing (I had just gotten off work and coming from LA) I got there and they even boxed it up for me! Great Customer Service
Horrible unfriendly unorganized. Nobody even offered to help me. While a female was sitting on the front counter talking to other employees using foul ghetto language and blasting the music so loud I would of fired all 3 to 4 of the employees that night
The guys working at this zumiez were so helpful and nice! For sure will shop here again!
