Shady people. Tried to over charge, then when I wouldn’t buy the item but still was going to purchase $130 in pants a manager got pissed because I was saying that was shady. She threw my cash back at me and refused continue transaction. These people obviously have no customer skills or management training.

Aaliyah was so entirely helpful! My 15yr old is finding his style and needless to say we walked out of Hulen Mall with that being the only store he wanted to shop at besides Journeys. He says he wants to go back. She made him comfortable to look around and try on clothes. Not freaked out about wanting a purple hoodie. 💜 we spent more money than planned and will definitely be back. Hopefully while she is there!

The manger decided to cancel a transaction after it had already gone through, all because of a mistake he made. So now we have to wait 5 business days for the money (that we had set aside for back to school shopping for my daughter) to show back up on my card. And then he has the audacity to be a prick about it. Don't shop here unless you have money you don't need and like being mouthed off to.
