Had a problem with an online order and the store that sent it. Shanya helped straightened everything out. She kept me updated about the situation, and help finally resolve the issue. Thank you Shanya for everything, she's provided excellent customer service. She is a godsend! Zumiez is lucky to have her!!!
I have never been able to stay here long enough to make a purchase because the music is so loud and they literally TURN IT UP when you enter like they’re trying to make you leave or something.
Shanya helped my daughter and I today and her customer service was phenomenal!! Very patient and gave us several options in securing a sale. We will be back solely based on her level of professionalism and very sweet personality.
We came on a Saturday so we expected a lot of people but their machine was working EXTREMELY slow but the Hispanic looking guy with the big curly hair made the wait go by quickly. He was working as fast as he could and kept a great attitude
