I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this Zumiez location. The staff pressured me to participate in the four for one hundred thirty five dollars promotion, but I was still charged two hundred thirty-eight dollars at checkout. None of the advertised deals were applied to my purchase. I felt hassled during the sales process and completely misled by the final price.
Eden is the best worker at zumiez
We had a great experience with liv she was really wanting to help us even when I didn’t want any at first but I’m glad I took her help she was able to help me find my size and checked up on me when I was taking a while in the changing room great experience everytime I come around here thank you Liv!!!

love this place and the staffs vibes but please consider turning the music down, as a neurodivergent girly i was in sensory hell and couldn’t even think straight bc of how loud it was in here. Its not enjoyable to shop in a place that is already tight and compact with the music so loud, it literally throws my brain off and i get vertigo and can’t tell where im at in the room.
