Tried to check the availability of an item so I called in, I could hear the phone was picked up then hung up. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time so I called back an the same thing you can hear someone pick up the phone then hang up…wow…I don’t even care about the sale anymore or buying from here..I’ll pay more and go somewhere else….
staff was extremely helpful and kind, manager got mad saying my bag was "too big" and essentially accused me of stealing. mind you i had already checked out and was seated on my phone. i am also a REGULAR customer and another mall employee.
Staff is super helpful!! Went in on 12/16/25 looking for a hoodie for my daughter and they all went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one.
Logan is that guy! Sparked a great conversation with me. He informed me about all the deals that were going on and even let me know about a few things that were very useful as far as buying shoes. Great energy in the store all around. 6/5 stars for sure.
