Came to the mall looking for a gift for myself and my girlfriend, found this Zumiez location and was trying to find a certain type of shirt, one of the employees, Alex, was super helpful, friendly, and assisted in finding the correct clothing for me. Keep up the great work on the cleanliness of the location and the kindness of your staff
Today during our stop at the Tucson mall we were harassed and accused by 3 cashiers of “stealing” a product while still within the store and looking. The item had been placed ON TOP of a customers bag of already purchased items. The item had not been placed inside of the bag it had been placed visibly and directly on top of the bag. Spent some dough here yesterday and the staff deserved some praise for their work. Top notch service. Manager was spot on. Staff was amazing. This is what service looks like maybe you guys show everyone else how it’s done. These guys treated me like gold not that I deserve any special treatment… all that aside these guys need a raise I would take it out of my pocket if I could.
