I was very impressed, the staff was amazing. Ethan helped my son get some really cool stuff and had great suggestions. I love this store!
Had wrong size,took back to a store and no one there with authority to exchange them,drove over an hr to do this!

The manager of this store location was so awesome to be around. I visited from out of town and not sure when I will be back to Indiana, but if I am I will absolutely be going to zumiez just because the manager was so personable and passionate about his job
Cashier hassled me over a return of brand new, unopened wheels that were advertised wrong on the website
