I usually shop at Zumiez because they have good quality and service, but this time, I had a bad experience at the Galleria store. On January 18, 2025, I went there to place an order, but the service was terrible. There were two guys and a girl working, but they didn’t seem to care that I was there. They were busy talking to each other, and it took them 10 minutes to help me. They took my email and phone number twice, but I still haven’t received a confirmation email.
