If you shop at other stores in the area and enter their store with one tee shirt then leave, the “manager” will send their minion coworkers to chase you into another store and demand to look through your bag. They have nothing better to do because no one else shops at this mall
I went back to school shopping with my grad baby’s and was greeted by the store manager Jacob, he was super attentive, sweet and kind, he answered all the questions we had and even recommended more brands for my grandkids to try on 😃 It was a pleasant experience and i will be coming back!

The temperature was in the single digits and I was looking for a place to walk my Boxer dog on 01/18/2025. My wife and son called and they met me at the mall to go for a walk as it was so cold out and it is a dog friendly mall. We went into Zumiez and was greeted by Jacob Bobian/ Bolsian. I 100% recommend them. After working at one in the past. It made me miss it. The manager was extremely helpful! All staff were friendly!
