My husband and I went in to buy my first skateboard, and it was a great experience! We are a couple of Thirty-something year olds and I personally felt a little self conscious shopping here. However, all the employees were wonderful. The guy helping us with our board was very friendly and helpful, making suggesting and answering any questions we had. The girl who checked us out was also very friendly! Everyone was polite and the store was well stocked and overall was a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back :)
Great customer service. Just when you think customer service is dead up u go to Zumiez and your faith in customer service is restored, if only for a few minutes. Good selection. My son always finds exactly what he wants.
