I had a really great experience at Zumiez recently thanks to Mina. She was incredibly helpful and kind while I was looking for clothes. She took the time to help me find things that matched my style and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. Mina was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed like she cared about helping me find things I liked. It made shopping way more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how nice she was throughout the whole process. Employees like her make people want to come back.
I can’t say enough good things about Jacob. He was extremely helpful and genuinely kind. Great customer service truly goes a long way, and he exemplifies that—it made all the difference. I’ll absolutely be shopping here again and highly recommend it to others.
Had an awesome experience building my first board with Jacob today. I went in completely blind after my daughter asked me to learn to ride with her. The store manager, Jacob, explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job getting me everything I need to start out. He was transparent on pricing, and what makes sense as a beginner. Overall a very warm introduction to the sport. I couldn't be happier with my board, gear, and my entire experience at Zumiez. Thanks Jacob!
I love this location, specifically because of employees like Will, Jakob, and Enzo. Not only did Will help me find the perfect gift for a family member, but also my perfect pair of shoes. All three employees were kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and so welcoming that it makes you want to stay at the store. Can't wait for an excuse to head back!
