Lady at the counter was sooo nice and kind to us when we went, we couldn’t stop talking about the interaction for the rest of the day, which is not the problem with such low review. When I was getting ready to check out I saw she gave me a discount for snacks which was awesome but after I arrived home and ate the chips I had bought, I had started to get sick and have mild stomachaches then after. I arrived at around 7pm, but the staff failed to acknowledge me. While this was almost understandable, given the closing time, it was noticeable when she greeted other customers who arrived seconds later…
amazing every time! got Cookies merch this time, and every time I visit i find something new to get. 🛹
Took my son in today to get his first skate board for his birthday. The employees were very attentive and helpful. Not only did they adjust the board to his comfort but one gentleman taught him the basics on how to ride. It was a very fun and informative experience that i will always remember and appreciate.
