Unpleasant shopping experience with my granddaughter. Salespeople gathered at the counter talking to one another, limited inventory in clothing, difficult to exchange an item that did not fit. Not fun.
Yesterday my granddaughter shopped in the store. She picked out a pair of pants. When we went to pay for the pants we were told they had a special, buy one pair get a 2nd half price. So, she picked out a pair of short. As she had tried on pants she bought the shorts in the same size as the pants. The shorts did not fit. The next day (today) my husband took her back to the store to exchange them. They were not allowed to exchange them, until they paid the difference, what!!! Came all the way here from Wyoming! Store is closed! Its 11:30 am
AMAZING and VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff. Son needed some SB parts and both employees went out of there way to help him. I highly recommend going here.
Store basically has no inventory and 90% of all the sizes in the store are xl and up pretty much a waste of time every time o got to the store just go to their website and order online
