They got me set up with my first board and Matthew was super helpful and awesome to talk to
Went for skateboard stuff. Ended up buying a board and some other gear. Very nice staff!
Found what I was looking for. The girl working was very helpful and friendly. The guy employee kept cussing up a storm and talking about other customers/people. It is a skate shop, so it could be grungy and such, but still, quite unprofessional. You could tell the girl wasn't really into it and she was trying to remain professional. He was also skating (testing out boards?) in the store. It was loud, and made me feel uncomfortable.
Just had my 14 year old niece go in this store and get accused of stealing a pants, the guy working there Allen illegally opened her bag without her permission and checked the bag. There was no stolen items of course but he should be 100% sure he saw something not assume. The manager on Duty Sheridan was no help and sure defended Allen in his actions.
Overheard several employees talking trash about other customers that were in the store. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
