On January 7, this Caucasian blonde medium set worker walked right in front of me in an extremely aggressive way and just stood there for a good long minute assuming I was stealing just for putting my cookies away. She continued to stare at me and my family throughout the whole store before and after she placed herself in my vicinity. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. Why would someone who has the motive of stealing make themselves obvious? Common sense isn’t so common.
My 17 year old sons favorite store.. But don't tell him, I love Zumiez too!! I get my converse & vans there, for myself. We ❤️the staff, at the Waterbury Zumiez, not only are they super nice, but they are also super helpful & not pushy like other stores
Great store and amazing staff.All were really nice and helpful I give this store 1000/10 I will be shopping there again.
Best skateboard shop and clothing store. The staff are so kind and sweet I felt like I was family there. 5 stars if I could give more I would.
