Very helpful+ friendly staff!
Normally I won’t shop at Zumiez, too many bad experiences with terrible staff. But going in to the Pheasant Lane Zumiez a few times in the last few months has completely changed my mind. Beck, Vic and Tyler are engaged and welcoming every time I go in there. They are informative and welcoming while still being super relatable. I’ve never walked into an Zumiez and felt like anyone was in charge so it’s a really nice change. Exactly what you’d want when shopping with your teenager. 10/10 will bring my kid back here soon.
No way a place can be this cool!!! 10/10 would recommend.
