Exceptional Customer Service – Thank You Luci & Juan! I had done my research and found a specific shirt online that I had to get as a birthday gift. It showed just one left in stock at the Zumiez in Riverside. I live in Fontana, so it’s a bit of a drive, and I was nervous about making the trip only to find it was gone. The people who say “The employees were mean” or “the employees are rude” ARE LIARS! I went here and I can say these employees are the nicest people, they’re so welcoming. I would definitely recommend to go to this Zumiez just because of their customer service.
The new people that work at this place take their job way too serious, some tall white dude kept harassing me as I was trying to look at the shirts. Was all up on my space when I was unfolding a couple shirts too look at them. He was just near by waiting for me to put the shirt back so he can fold it up all quick. Probably won’t be back here for awhile.
