I was so impressed with the customer service we received in Zumiez Capitola today. We went in to return some jeans for my kid and the young woman at the register was so helpful in finding some jeans that were a better fit. The other two employees were also super friendly. We ended up getting two pairs of pants all thanks for the helpful staff!
So many stores in Capitola Mall have lackluster customer service, but this store raises the bar. On 12/20/25, I was immediately greeted by an employee and asked if I needed anything by at least two staff members. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped us, but he was awesome and made my 10-year-old feel like he was shopping with a cool young person instead of his mom. I really like the vibe as soon as I walked inside. This zumiez capitola. Really up beat personality’s working there two males. We’re super helpful and friendly. Uli can really tell when some one loves life and most importantly there job thanks guys shout out to you youngsters. Aditude is key.
