The staff here are the absolute BEST !! I'll gladly go head and call them out and push them up for there excellent service! Cannon and Aaron for knowing there stuff and keeping the store on point. SO CLEAN. THE GIRLS on the day shift were also super poliet & helpful (Asian chick and the black girl with the long pretty hair. ) YALLS VIBES at this STORE ARE SO WELCOMING & GENUINE!! Unprofessional Very unknowledgeable of their return policy Not helpful I called the customer service line due to my return in store was not process correctly and come to find out that my return should had been correctly done through the mail Never again I would order from Zumiez along with visiting this store in particular Managers and associates of this store at the Galleria learn your return policy that way you can pass as professionals even though y'all work retail
I love zumies... did not like this location though. Only one of the workers seemed to be helping customers out and even he seemed distracted due to the number of customers he was having to help. The two other workers simply stayed at the counter and did not move to help anyone.
I've been to many Zumiez throughout my lifetime and all over the United States. Never have I ever received such amazing customer service from a Zumiez before. Both Kin and Eric. The management team here is top tier and you head honchos at Zumiez need to give these staff members a raise. I was greeted very kindly.
