My mom took me here, and I’ve been to multiple Zumiez locations, but this one stood out the most. The manager, Jimmy, was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping us and even helped me put together some outfits and style myself. He made sure we knew about all the discounts and had such a great attitude the entire time. He was very kind, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
Everyone and jimmy were great and helpful had a dope experience just gained a new customer fs !
I had Jimmie who helped me a lot with picking out both the pants and hoodie and more accessories, very quick and easy. (Great store music)
Super friendly staff. Shout out to Sergio for helping me make a sick board and having excellent taste in music.
My son and I received excellent customer service from the staff there tonight (2/15). They were extremely helpful, patient, and cheerful. We were there near close and the staff remained attentive and kind.
