The staff was friendly, but because their boss was there, they were way too pushy with me and my boyfriend. Two women kept hovering around us, asking nonstop questions and trying to convince us to buy things, even after I clearly said I was just looking and thanked them for the help. They wouldn’t give us any space. Another woman did the same thing to my boyfriend and even reached inside the waistband of his pants — which is absolutely not okay and made both of us really uncomfortable and irritated. Went for a set of new bearings, waited so long for the 3 employees to finish their cuss word filled conversation that I ordered some off the Bones website instead. Felt invisible.
