I made my skateboard at my zumiez when the manager (Cassie) was cutting my grip tape uneven leaving visible marks and left my other 2nd grip tape hanging off the board. I explain to her how she messed up she looked visibly upset rolling her eyes saying “why did u let me make your board then” and saying that she can only give me a discount on new grip tape THAT SHE RUINED after already ruining my 300$ board I’ve never had worst customer service in my life….. never come here for a skateboard .
Everytime I go in store whether that’s with family or friends the associate with the purple/blue hair is disgustingly rude and impolite. I’ve never had an issue with unfriendly staff until it comes to this store, it’s not all of their associates but really pushes a message that people just aren’t wanted in the store. Makes me just not want to come in store anymore.
