I purchased multiple skateboard decks off the zumies website and had them shipped to this location because they offered free shipping that way, big mistake! When they brought my package out it had already been opened and the stickers that came with the skateboard decks had been removed. Someone opened the package that was specifically addressed to me, ripped a hole in the plastic film around the decks and took the stickers that came with the decks. I will never buy anything else from zumies! Buyer beware!

I came here to look for a pair of jorts + jeans and was offered to try them on to make sure it was the right fit. I got assisted by a male employee with a bridge piercing (couldn’t get the name unfortunately) and he was very friendly and willing to help look for anything !! Would 100% come back here !! 🤍

Worst Zumies to shop at! You walk in and no one greets you, no one offers to help you, just stares at you. You're ready to purchase and no one is at register. Someone walks up and just stares at you instead of saying hi and screams for someone else to come and check you out. Most awkward and weirdest transaction ever.

I was ignored for about fifteen minutes before somebody asked if I needed help with anything. I tried returning something and got shut down which was fine considering I didn’t have the receipt. What made me mad was when he said “good luck” in an unprofessional voice. I wouldn’t recommend this store.
