Grace is the most amazing associate I've encountered at a retail store. She was very informative and entertaining while my son was taking time to find the right merchandise. She was very informative and knowledgeable about her store. I appreciate her customer service. She needs a raise.
Brennan aka “Bo-Bo” provided me and my friend excellent service today and needs recognition! He walked us through the online ordering system, showed us sale items to couple with the shoes we were ordering for my pre teens back to school shopping, and was informative about the products. He made the return process easy and even walked us through canceling our order over the phone to help and recommended options to get our money back on an item that we changed our minds about. Very relatable, patient and knowledgeable! Thanks d... read more
great customer service :)
Just came on here to brag about the service Brennan gave us! We just our nephew his first skateboard since he's wanting to get into skating. Brennan was awesome. He helped our nephew pick out a board, talked about his own experience skating, and walked him through the whole process of assembling his board. He shared great advice and just made the experience great. Amazing service. Thanks for your help Brennan!
