The employees were really polite, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Helped make things a lot easier. Highly reccomend!
I think the shift manager she has black hair and is somewhat skinny and short likes to follow me around the store when I come in and say rude things because of 1 bad past interaction but she said I’m welcome back saying things like your broke and harassing me when I js want to look around this has happened multiple times and I have walked out js about every time because it is unprofessional and she just tries to embarrass me
I had a really frustrating experience at Zumiez because of how one employee handled customers. Right when we first walked in, he was already telling a group of boys that he didn’t want them “hanging around” and that he wasn’t there to babysit. It came across as rude and unprofessional, especially in front of other customers. Then he told my boyfriend to leave because he had an open Twisted Tea. Hella cool employees, easy to talk too. One of them called me gorgeous/pretty or something can't remember.
Hector was very professional and welcoming, helped us with our questions, and even showed us some new brands. Not only is he a great fit, he takes pride in his job🔥
