I had a really frustrating experience at Zumiez because of how one employee handled customers. Right when we first walked in, he was already telling a group of boys that he didn’t want them “hanging around” and that he wasn’t there to babysit. It came across as rude and unprofessional, especially in front of other customers. Then he told my boyfriend to leave because he had an open Twisted Tea. Hella cool employees, easy to talk too. One of them called me gorgeous/pretty or something can't remember.
Hector was very professional and welcoming, helped us with our questions, and even showed us some new brands. Not only is he a great fit, he takes pride in his job🔥
Came in on 12/6 around 1pm. Within the first 3 min of being there 2 of the guys who worked here felt like they were harassing my boyfriend and I. We simply walked up to the shoe section and the first guy was standing over our shoulders and kept talking to us after we repeatedly said we just want to look. He then made a statement “ well I get paid to talk “ and that was just unprofessional.
