I cannot say enough wonderful things about KinderCare! Leah, Natalie, Annie and all the teachers go above and beyond every single day, always advocating for the kids and making sure their needs are met. We have so much love for the Zumbehl Kindercare. We’ve sent our two children here for the past 2.5 years and previously my son attended when an infant. The Director, Leah, and Assistant Director, Natalie, are open, and communicative. They’ve responded to all concerns and held parent meetings to hear our suggestions on how to improve. We've had a great experience sending my son here! The staff care about him a lot, and their curriculum continues to impress me. My son gets tons of enrichment and creative activities to keep his little mind busy. I love the photos and updates they send - it really helps me feel more comfortable being away from him all day. Everyone at the center has been so kind and helpful - from his teachers to the administrative and support staff - everyone has been great!

They signed me up two weeks before officially changing their closing times from 630 to 6pm. At the time, they knew I was signing up because I work till 6PM. I made this very clear. After a few months of trying per their request, it just couldn't work for us anymore so I gave them a two week notice my child wouldnt be attending. They then charged me a months worth of tuition and wouldnt return my calls. To note, they have corrected this since I have posted. That I do appreciate.
