Contacted zuerns in August for a rough in lumber bid and was quoted 4 weeks. 6 weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything. My builder and myself called the guy in charge of our plans quite a few times with crickets. We hadn’t planned on building until March so we let it go and waited- holidays came and went. Still waited. Finally called on 1/31/24 and spoke with someone who said they would call me back with an update.
