David is a great driver!
I called them for pickup 6 times on 4 different occasions. 1st occasion, we got picked up in a timely manner going and coming. The 2nd occasion, we got picked up on time going to our first destination, but then waited for over an hour for a pickup to our next destination for dinner with friends. Wound up changing destination to home address because we had missed dinner friends due to late pickup. The 3rd and 4th occasions, they never showed up! Tracy is a polite nice driver even opening the car door for me. Can't say I had that courteous experience before. She even put the stuff in the trunk for me. She cares about her clients very much!!
