Honestly its almost impossible to get a cab on the southwest side where i live ,i have called four times already and every time my ride is cancelled . I ride all the time ,never gave anyone a hassle its like they all want to make $100 fare or they are not coming . I cant wait until robo taxis replace you i rather take my chances with them then these silly people .
Do not use this service! Frustrating- waste of time. I called over 24 hours prior to pickup for wheelchair transport for my elderly father to be moved to assisted living, in Houston, Tx. I called back later same day and received driver and cab #. They asked me to check back at noon on day of pickup to reconfirm. Pickup time I arranged was 2:00 pm. Noon I called back, was told no driver was assigned. I made multiple calls, same answer. After 3:00 pm I found another company to transport.
