Pre Scheduled a 4am pick up to the airport and after a no show I called support to see if they driver was on the way and was told that no driver hadn’t accepted So this is not different than trying to get a Uber or Lyft when you’re at the mercy of a driver accepting the fare except for it being more expensive.
Horrible. They went to the wrong location and claimed I wasn’t there for pick up. Happened more than once. Don’t waste your time or money.
On time picking up and arrived earlier than scheduled. Great service.
