It's a small car my feet swell up when I'm in a small cramped up I couldn't cancel it because I was told it'd be a penalty against me
I booked a 2:30 a.m. pickup from Fort Sam Houston to the San Antonio Airport through ZTrip on Tuesday, June 30. When I made the reservation on June 22, I specifically asked the booking agent if there would be any issues with an early morning pickup on base. I was assured there would be no problem. To be safe, I called on Monday June 29 and the automated system confirmed my reservation. Alicia (#7898) was a fantastic driver and went out of her way to provide great service for Via Link. I had put the wrong location that was a walk away and even though I wasn’t there she didn’t cancel my ride but drove just a bit to see if someone was walking to location. What a blessing! Alicia is the type of driver who cares about providing service and doing that little extra that gives commuters a fantastic experience. Thank you!
