They accepted a booking via web, app and phone but they didn’t show up twice. I am wheelchair bound and missed two appointments for therapy. Both bookings were for wheelchair accessible rides but they didn’t show up for either one even though I had a confirmation trip number for both of them. They had terrible customer service and should not even offer any wheelchair accessible services. Avoid them at all costs.
I had to get a ride home from the hospital the day before Memorial Day after I was rushed to the emergency room earlier that day..I called Ztrip for a ride, then found out ride was cancelled? Then another driver sent out, then another after that. Eventually it took FIVE hours to get a ride..the only good thing was the driver was nice..Don't use this service!!!

Client kept calling and saying he was at **** N Davis Hwy. He was actually at **** N Davis hwy. Client repeatedly calling in with wrong address was the issue here. Once we had the correct address and information the client was picked up right away. The call in system is automated so giving the wrong address to the computer was not going to correct itself.
Do not trust this company for wheelchair rides. They left a 89 year old women waiting for 2 hours before bothering to call and say they couldn't find a driver. She was going to a care facility. These people are going to get someone hurt with this kind of service.
