Z-Trip is never on time. A ride was set up for me for a doctor's appointment at 1:00. After several calls, the driver arrived at 12:57. Following my appointment I was supposed to be picked up at 2:00. They never arrived and after calling several times they arrived at 3:10. Most of the drivers are courteous and talkative but one today was just downright rude and yelling at me and then calling me a prejudiced white woman". I will never call Z-trip again.
