We had our rental car reservation canceled on us and Mr Leonard went above and beyond to help us. He tried to help us find another location to rent from and then finally drove us to our destination. He was the best I've ever come across in my extensive travels. If we come back this way, we would definitely ask for him. His van was super clean, smelled great and had was so friendly. Thank you so much from the DC couple.
These people are outrageous! Hit my mother’s car while she was parked! And decided to be ghetto and scream and deny what they just did! I dont even know where to begin with my concerns with this company, I hope nobody has to deal with this kind of behavior. There were no cameras in that area so nothing could be done, but best believe they will go viral! No me or anyone I know will ever use this company! I will encourage my mother to get a lawyer! See yall in court!!
George was a WONDERFUL driver! We got stuck in horrible traffic and he had such a wonderful patient manner! I grabbed the wrong passport and he drove me an hour home and an hour back! Lovely man!!! Great ride!
We waited an hour for our airport ride we booked in advance. Finally had to drive to the airport and park in short term parking at $30 a day because we didn't have time to shuttle from long term parking. Apparently a reservation means they will do their best to find a taxi for you, but no guarantee they will ever come.
