I will definitely be filing a BBB Complaint in a few minutes. Several drivers, take cash only! If they’re at the front of the line, you have to wait for a cash paying customer before you can begin your trip. The rudeness! Poor customer service, I won’t stand for nor support.
I was waiting for over 2 hours to get one taxi and I kept getting told 15 mintues time after time I would never suggest placing a order your better of waking 10 hours then this people picking you up
Terrible company. Horrendous. You can call for a cab 2-3 hours ahead of time and still wait around longer than that for a cab. You can use a taxi card but some drivers will tell you that a lot of drivers won't pick up customers using those cards because that's not good money to them. Some drivers will drop the ride after accepting it or pick up someone else and when you check the tracking link, you'll see "Journey completed." My mother is 81yrs old with stage 4 Cancer.
