Ya'll NEED TO DO BETTER I have been waiting on a ride for a hour and fifteen minutes and still waiting on a ride that was booked two days(Tuesday )ahead for 12pm pickup and call me 10:30am on the day of my appointment to verify me being picked up at 12:00pm and no one's still here not to pick me up and it's 1:00 p.m. for keeps saying they searching for a driver and three drivers don't roll past me with no one in the car but are they searching for a car and they wonder why you don't use the service because your number one tim... read more

I will definitely be filing a BBB Complaint in a few minutes. Several drivers, take cash only! If they’re at the front of the line, you have to wait for a cash paying customer before you can begin your trip. The rudeness! Poor customer service, I won’t stand for nor support.

I was waiting for over 2 hours to get one taxi and I kept getting told 15 mintues time after time I would never suggest placing a order your better of waking 10 hours then this people picking you up
