My mother have been waiting since 9 am to get to the pharmacy and it is 3 pm now and she is still sitting at the front of the house it’s a shame
Thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour service? I called last night to try to book an appointment ahead of time and the lady on the phone told me “no just call half an hour before you need the ride” ignored her advice anyways. Needed to be at work at 5 AM the next morning so the night before at about 8:30 we booked a ride. At about 4:50 this morning, 10 minutes after the pick up time, still no call, no ride, nothing. Thank goodness there was an uber available! Don’t call yourselves a taxi service if you’re not one.
Horrible driver, wasn’t able to get license plate. But becareful booking with reckless drivers
01/03/2025 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY TOOK ALL THE MONEY OFF MY DEBIT CARF AFTER I BOOKED A TRIP TO THE BUS STATION!!
