I ordered a wheelchair van to take us from our home to DIA. The pickup was scheduled for 8:45 am. They called at 7:00 to confirm my ride. 845 came, but there was no ride, so I called, and they told me they hadn't gotten a driver yet. We have a daughter in a wheelchair, so we had to scramble not to miss our flight. You can do better, Ztrip 😞
App doesn't work properly. No one ever answers or gets back to you when you complain about technical issues. Very insufficient to meet customer needs. Please forego if you can.
Having visited friends in Boulder, we booked a ride with Ztrip, about 10 hours in advance, for 2am for out trip to the airport to fly back to Chicago. 2am comes and goes, no cars. I call the service line, and get the message that they don't even have a driver yet. Hell no, never again, avoid at all costs. Just get an Uber.
