App doesn't work properly. No one ever answers or gets back to you when you complain about technical issues. Very insufficient to meet customer needs. Please forego if you can.
Having visited friends in Boulder, we booked a ride with Ztrip, about 10 hours in advance, for 2am for out trip to the airport to fly back to Chicago. 2am comes and goes, no cars. I call the service line, and get the message that they don't even have a driver yet. Hell no, never again, avoid at all costs. Just get an Uber.

Maurice was my driver last week and a few times this week while I'm waiting to get my car and I can't say enough good things about him. Where do I start? He is kind and punctual. He communicates well and he does what he says he's going to do. That's very important to me because I depend on him to get to work. I hope the right people see this review and bless Maurice for doing a great job.
