Thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour service? I called last night to try to book an appointment ahead of time and the lady on the phone told me “no just call half an hour before you need the ride” ignored her advice anyways. Needed to be at work at 5 AM the next morning so the night before at about 8:30 we booked a ride. At about 4:50 this morning, 10 minutes after the pick up time, still no call, no ride, nothing. Thank goodness there was an uber available! Don’t call yourselves a taxi service if you’re not one.

01/03/2025 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY TOOK ALL THE MONEY OFF MY DEBIT CARF AFTER I BOOKED A TRIP TO THE BUS STATION!!

ZTRIP Car Service has been taking over an Hour to Pickup elderly patrons who are over 90 years old. Then after not showing up as scheduled, for over a month, perpetually, sending unknown drivers instead of the pre-scheduled drivers. Causing the elderly patrons to miss appointments and lose sleep time.

employee answering your calls at home - spoke way too loudly into the phone, sounded like he was angry, not friendly. horrible listener; had to give same info multiple times, wife/kids loud in background. difficult to understand; accent too thick. told him apartment 204, he repeated it as 24. ztrip you can do better at hiring than this.
