Was in an accident with one of the drivers driving me to my doctors appointment and have yet to hear back from anybody in regards to the accident. I’m about to put a lawsuit against Z-Trip. I have missed several appointments because they have dispatchers that make excuses of either, They can’t find the driver. The drivers is not answering the phone or better yet. Driver took a trip and they decided to extend it so that’s why I’m late getting to you an hour and a half later do you still need the Ride?
UPDATED REVIEW - 8 MONTHS LATER: Unbeknownst to me, my insurance company scheduled a ride with Z-Trip to a doctor, rather than another purveyor, despite my previous request to remove Z-Trip from their list of providers. The day of my doctor appointment, I sat outside in the hot sun for an HOUR, and no one showed up, no one called, and no one at Z-Trip could explain what happened when my insurance company called them. Made reservations 2 days before to go to the airport. The time of pickup no one is here. I called the office and the recording said that they don't have a driver and will send a driver when they can find someone. I'm sitting here now waiting for Uber to pick me up 30 minutes after my initial pickup time. There was no advance notice that they didn't have a driver. Don't use this company!
We've been using zTrip for about 3-4 months to get my daughter to and from her medical program. They seldomly arrive on time and we have requested a female driver several times but almost always have a male driver. Sometimes, the driver sends us a message, little today, that says "I won't be able to make it. I sent it back out for another driver ", don't they have a dispatch system that takes care of this???
