I give this company a 0 review they were unreliable when I needed them the most, I gave them a specific time to pick me up and they called me 20 minutes later that they were on their way so I had to make other arrangements at the last minute, I will NEVER EVER call this crap of a so called business again, I'm glad i didn't wait around for them when they didn't show up at the time I told them I didn't waste my time waiting for them. This z trip should not even have a license to pretend to do business

I couldn't get a hold of this company.Whatsoever, I don't understand why I would even call them.I have to do everything online, which is absolutely stupid. They wouldn't add to the phone.

I scheduled a ride through my insurance to get me to a doctor's appointment. I was told the driver can arrive 15 minutes before the pick up time, or 15 minutes after the pickup time. No one came during the 30 minute window, and my doctor's appointment was in 20 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to get to the doctor's office. The zTrip representative contacted the driver. The driver said it would take them 28 minutes to arrive. Which would already be way past my appointment time at the doctor's office. I had to cancel the driver c... read more
