Called for a customer at our restaurant after I waited over two hours for him to get a ride they never showed up. Had to pay an uber to get him home. Have received 4 phone calls telling me they are looking for a driving. Hes already home. Thanks!
The service charged me 30 dollars more for my 24 minute drive than Lyft charged me for the same ride to the airport…the driver made it a point to drive extra miles, longer route to my destination before I noticed and had to redirect the the driver with shorter distance to my destination…I would not recommend this service to anyone else and it’s honestly a shame for this service to overcharge for the riders…plus the driver was rude when I pointed out the discrepancy with the rate I was getting charged. They do not scan there drivers at all they will just about hire any one that calls them I was walking up to the door to where I stay and the ztrip driver almost hit me she got out cussing at me And calling me a liar.i will never call them for nothing she was in a bark blue van don't trust your life in someone's hands that don't care about there own
I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ON 7/2025 CALL ZTRIP. WAITED ALMOST 6 HOURS. NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.
