Tried to order a taxi through the app and the website. Both said common soon to the area. I called the number and booked a ride for 8 p.m. I even called at 7:45 and the automated system knew who I was and confirmed my reservation. At 8:02 it hadn't arrived, so I called and the system said that I still had a reservation and the driver was 11 minutes away. I waited 11 minutes and still no taxi. I called again and the system me that they didn't have a driver assigned. I canceled and called Lyft. Had a driver within 4 minutes.

I booked two rides 24 hours in advance. The app and website didn't work, so I had to call the AI answering machine to schedule. On the day of my ride, I received a text message link that my ride had been dispatched, then had arrived, but the taxi never showed. There was a link to call my driver that didn't work. I called Ztrip directly and received the AI answering machine and never spoke to a real person. Thankfully I never gave them any payment information... I won't be trying this again.

I would absolutely never, ever use these people again.We were supposed to be picked up at four o'clock to go to the airport and they didn't show up. We had to call it Uber because these clowns didn't have a driver after numerous calls. They basically said that we were on our own, and hopefully we get to the airport to make our flight.. So just because you have a booking number doesn't mean they're going to show up if you absolutely have to be somewhere , do not use these people
