My driver was nabeel sami and i will NEVER BE USING ZTRIP AGAIN, driver was very rude and disrespectful, he made me feel very unsafe as well as uncomfortable. The driver NEEDS to see this and must not be a driver anymore this is unacceptable to tread anyone like this if ur gonna choose a taxi service to be your career. Nabeel There is no reason to rush one of your customers grabbing there belongings when getting in and out of your vehicle. Will not be using z trip again because of NABEEL SAMI.

Cab #343 excepted my run then calls me and tells me I have to pay him 20$ to run me to the store that a block away from my home it's 3:20 am so I don't feel safe out to walk this time in the am , and this guy tells me if I don't pay him that he won't come and he will make sure none of his buddies except the pickup either how is this legally okay to do to a customer,I reported this to dispatch,and also as I went through the number I had a cancel run from him back in September as well where he didn't show up cause he said the ... read more

My driver stop for gas when he was taking me home after he dropped somebody else off first. Half of my time was wasted. The gas tank should already be full! Don’t piss me off!
