I don’t understand why you guys take jobs that you can’t handle. This is the second time I with the emergency department for more than 2 hours on one of your drivers to show up. My son was transferred to Cincinnati children’s and is not fair that you are not professional enough to be responsible And keep your promised scheduled.

I don't know about other people's experience with this company. But my experience was a very good one. I am 76 years old and ill. No idea what was wrong with me. And alone. I was in Norton Audubon Emergency room, and was released around 4am. I was weak, sick and realized my phones power was 2%. I made what calls I could but because of the time I could only leave messages for family to pick me up. I said something to a nurse and her response was ... I got this .
