Got a call not from x trip stating they were coming to get me. I asked what type of car, they said black Chevy. I asked for a name, and was met with anger and no answers. He knew my name but refused to give his and was very aggressive on the phone. Caller ID came up as Vincent Kolekodi. Do not trust this service
Our driver felt more need in preaching than driving. Saying I'm a sinner for eating crustaceans and trying to kick me out for my beliefs in the new testament. Be careful who get into a car with.
I wish I could put 0 stars. I work at a medical office and have had to use this service to transport patient families. I can’t count the number of times they’ve either not shown up or arrived literally hours late. They are not a service to be counted on. I would never use this for personal transportation. Use LYFT or Uber. Ztrip is completely unreliable.
If I could give zero stars I would. I asked the driver what the charge would be, he said $20. We get to my destination at the charge was $100. Don’t fall for these vultures.
