Employment services weren't honest
Made arrangements in advance for wheelchair transport to infusion appointment. Received confirmation call several hours before scheduled pickup time. The time came and no one showed. Called Ztrip only to be told they did have a driver. Absolutely unacceptable! They are messing with people's healthcare and well-being. Now we wait 5 days for rescheduled infusion appointment.
