It does not matter how close I bout to my apartment from the hospital they wanted to charge 20 dollars even 5 blocks away and the agent was extremely rude
I retract the 1 star review I gave Jo Jo with ZTrip-Lincoln and Omaha. First of all, I am sorry Jo Jo. You are a great driver, kind , funny, compassionate, and help in emergency situations. It was not my place to grill you with prices when it was Susie that had set up trips for her to see me in the hospital. There is no excuse for my harsh review which held no objectivity and diplomacy. To all that read this, jojo of a 5 star driver.
