Just witnessing how the drivers drive around Omaha. Not, sure I'd recommend ever riding with them. Cutting off big semi trucks, and weaving traffic. If you value your life........
Driver was excellent great service
Never showed up, there was no way to know when or if the car was coming. Automated systems leave nowhere to express urgency or check status. Poor service from the moment AI answers.
Used a ztrip and the driver was almost a hour late. Driver smoked in the vehicle before being picked up. Asked driver about smoking in the van. Gave a lame comment. Saw a pack of cigarettes up front. Nebraska has ride-share standards and industry best practices pertaining to commercial drivers per company policies. Passengers don’t want to be subjected to second smoke!
