I wish I could give a huge negative rating. A ride was scheduled from Overland Park, KS to Mound City, KS on February 3 and 7th. Both times, we were quoted a rate of $150 dollars. However, our credit call was billed $262 & and $312 for each teip respectively. We disputed the charges. ZTrip called regarding the hold on the charges. We provided backup details regarding the fraudulent charges to the credit card company and zTrip. My daughter-in-law arranged for my trip to my dads 100th birthday party on Saturday Dec. 30th from 2-5. She called on Tuesday. She informed them that I needed Van that could carry a wheelchair. They said they would pick me up between 1 & 1:30 pm. At 1:30 I called them. They told me they were hunting for a van that could carry a wheelchair. At 2:03 I called again and they repeated that they were still hunting for van. They never showed up or called me.
If I could leave a negative star review I would. I reserved a wheelchair van for Thanksgiving over a month ago. My parents were to be pick up at 12:45. They called 2 hours before and confirmed it. Now, 2 hours later, 4 phone calls to ZTrip and no driver showing up, it is showing that the last person I spoke to CANCELED their ride. I WILL SPEND THE $800 TO RENT A WHEELCHAIR VAN BEFORE USING ZTRIP AGAIN!!!!!
