I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to. Inconsistent. Not reliable. There is only one driver that is pleasant that I've met. I just missed the bus and I've BEEN waiting for 15 minutes prior to arrival at the roadrunner transit in Las Cruces. By the time I knew they were here the driver had already left. Using ztrans feels like being SpongeBob in that episode where he is in Rock Bottom.

I take the bus to work everyday. However the male driver for bus route 10 is rude. The one in the morning is amazing. I love her.
