Zounds earns 5 Stars. In my field (Information Technology) we are routinely looking at new technology and we rate many pieces of hardware and software. We use the word wow for the item that truly stand out and on rare occasions we see items that earn 2 wows. Zounds has earned 2 wows. I was concerned I was experiencing hearing loss so I had Zounds perform a free hearing test. Mark Levine took the time to test my hearing and as it turned out I didn't need a hearing aid, I only have very slight hearing loss in one ear. He gave me suggestions to hear better when I'm in meetings. I was impressed that they were honest and told me I didn't need a hearing aid. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Ken, Lynn and Mark did a great job at welcoming me and worked very hard to provide the best possible hearing I could have. I would recommend Zounds.
