My brother brought my mom here for her second pair of hearing-aids. The 1st pair were 3 years old and giving her trouble and we thought that it would be easier to work with Zounds as they were closer to home than her ear Dr who dispensed the original one's. The new ones were nothing but trouble too loud, and couldn't hear clearly. After about a week we had an appointment with another hearing aid company to try another set.
