My dad purchased his hearing aids here in 2011. It's been a pleasant experience but nothing like the service and kindness he received from Eric Dyson. Eric is the nice new guy there ( as dad put it ) ... knew exactly how to respond my my dad's concerns. Go see him... You will leave happy and hearing right again. I hope Zounds corporate recognizes his proficiency!
