I booked a car 2 months prior to my family ski trip to Utah on Christmas Day. Once the car was booked, I got a confirmation email and a car rental agreement in which I signed. I received no communication since then so I had reached out 5 days prior to my trip to confirm my car reservation and instructions for pick up. I rented from Zotic a few months back and it was a very poor experience. Their communication was very bad, when I called to get clarification I was spoken to very rudely. The car was dirty inside & out with dead bugs on the dash and chalky debris in the carpets that got all over my belongings. The oil light was on, brake light on, suspension had issues that made it unsafe to drive. They did bring a replacement car but it wasn’t that clean either.
